A formal purchase offer in which a buyer proposes a price and conditions.

The oferta de compra is the written proposal by which a buyer undertakes to acquire the property at a given price and on given conditions. The seller's acceptance marks an agreement in principle and often precedes the arras contract.

Depending on how it is drafted, it may come with a reservation deposit and set a deadline to formalise the deal.
