Sammy Leguem runs the Alveo group's Vinaròs office. Based in Spain for 30 years, he covers the coast from Tarragona to Castellón, including Peñíscola, Alcossebre and Benicàssim.
Background
From retail to property
Sammy spent 17 years at Auchan, rising to deputy manager, then joined a marketplace operating from Spain for the French market. After the Covid crisis he moved into property and worked for two years as an independent agent with Safti.
The Vinaròs office
He then set up the Vinaròs office with Thomas Rouer: finding the premises, fitting them out, recruiting the team. He stays in the field, meets clients and supports the sales team.
