This channel lets you report, in confidence, any conduct that may breach the law or our code of conduct. It is open to people working in the company and to anyone in contact with it: clients, suppliers, partners.
ConfidentialityThe identity of the reporting person and of anyone named is treated confidentially. Access to the information is restricted to the person responsible for the channel.
Protection against retaliationNo one reporting in good faith may suffer retaliation for doing so, in accordance with Spanish Ley 2/2023.
Data protectionThe information provided is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD, solely to investigate the report.
Anonymous reportingYou do not have to identify yourself. An anonymous report is investigated with the same rigour.
Deadlines we commit to
- 10 working days to acknowledge receipt of the report.
- 1 month to resolve the case.
