Data collected
We collect the data you provide through our forms (valuation, contact, viewing request): name, email, phone, and information about your property. We also collect anonymised browsing data.
Purposes
Your data is used to answer your requests, carry out your valuation, put you in touch with an advisor, and — with your consent — inform you of properties or services that may interest you.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent for commercial communications, on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and on Compro En España Servicios Inmobiliarios S.L.'s legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries, in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose pursued, then for the period required by applicable legal and accounting obligations, before final deletion. You may request its erasure at any time, within the limits of those obligations.
Data sharing
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with our advisors and technical providers (hosting, email), strictly for the purposes described and subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Use of artificial intelligence
Two processing operations on this site rely on an artificial-intelligence model: the automatic translation of our developer partners' property programme descriptions when they are synchronised, and the assisted writing of some blog articles. These operations concern editorial content and not the data you submit through our forms. They are carried out by Anthropic, a provider established in the United States. No automated decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken on the basis of this processing.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of the providers we use are established outside the European Union: the site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, and the artificial-intelligence provider mentioned above (Anthropic) is likewise established in the United States. These transfers are limited to what is necessary for the operation of the site. You may write to rgpd@alveo.co for details of the safeguards applying to them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
