Background
From entrepreneurship to Spanish property
Before settling in Spain, Thomas worked for small and large companies in France and Italy, where he helped develop the Italian subsidiary of a French startup.
When he arrived in Valencia, he discovered the obstacles foreigners face: the language, but also property practices, the notary's role and checks that differ greatly from what they know.
A strategic and operational role
As CEO of the Alveo group, he sets the strategy and stays involved in developing the offices. He works with local teams to structure methods and keep the same quality of service from one city to the next.
J'achète en Espagne, the group's first brand, has helped more than 1,500 clients with a property purchase since 2017.
