FinancingAlso: Tasa Anual Equivalente, Annual percentage rate (APR)
TAE
The all-in annual rate of a loan, including interest and compulsory fees.
The TAE, the Spanish equivalent of the APR, expresses the true annual cost of a loan by including the interest rate and the compulsory fees, such as commissions and certain linked products. It allows two credit offers to be compared objectively.
A TAE much higher than an attractive headline rate often reveals significant additional charges.
For the seller
The TAE mainly concerns the buyer who borrows; financing with a well-controlled cost makes their offer stronger and more reliable for you.
